SuNsHiNe AnD sUmMeR tImE

I can never get too many pictures of my kids swimming--- I am so glad that Summer is finally here! Swimming is definitely the highlight of every Summer for us. The kids get so tired, go home and nap forever, then we do it all over again! The house stays clean, and I get a tan! Anytime anyone is going swimming, call us and we'll go with ya!

Owlz Season is Over

Jonah getting his trophy!

Jonah is finished with t-ball now. We had so much fun watching him this year because he really
enjoyed it! His Coach was so nice and put together a little "Awards Party" for the team. We met at the park and had donuts and muffins... Jonah was so excited to see his team one more time!

Jonah and his best buddy Luke are always laughing with each other. They especially liked
to be out in the outfield together putting their baseball mitts on their heads and
throwing grass around.

Team Huddle! One last "Owlz" cheer!

Jonah's Coach Trent was awesome!

Josie was a little bit more interested in the slide than watching her brother
get a trophy.

We're so proud of Jonah. He's a good boy and we love him more than anything!

CHICAGO!

We had so much fun on our trip to Chicago! My oldest brother lives there so we went to visit them.
Wicked was definitely the highlight for me- it was my third time seeing it and I loved it so much. I could watch that every day!
Mark had fun golfing, and I actually didn't mind going with him and driving the little golf cart around. We left the kids at home with a babysitter, so it was just the 2 of us. It was a nice vacation, but we really started to miss the kids by the time we left.
My little nephew, Wesley, is so cute. My brother has the sweetest little kids.

We had such a fun trip. We celebrated our 5 year anniversary while we were there- it was just a really nice vacation!

Golfing Season

The boys wanted to hit a bucket of balls last Saturday, and since it was a nice day, Jos and I went too. Jonah really likes it--- and as long as we keep Josie's tray on her stroller filled with licorice, and goldfish crackers, she'll watch the golfing all day! Jonah started doing this funny little pose after he'd hit the ball, kinda like it was going really far and he couldn't see where it landed. We had a good time.
