Cameron is home!

We are so excited that my little brother, Cameron, is home from his mission in Nicaragua! In some ways it feels like he's been gone forever--- but having him home now it feels like he never left. Jonah has been so excited to have him back because they are good buddies. We are so proud of how hard he worked on his mission and we love him a ton.

Family Field Trip-

Family Field Trip-

Mark took the morning off and we decided to take the Jonah to see the "big hole in the mountain and monster truck wheels" (aka The Bingham Copper Mine). Not the most exciting thing in the world, but the kids liked it!

Happy Birthday Josie

Jos turned 1 a couple weeks ago and I barely even took any pictures of her at her party. She was in the worst mood ever--- I'm sure the picture of her eating her birthday cake says it all. She had ear infections in both ears. Poor thing! Jonah had a great time eating the cake though!

GO OWLZ!

T-Ball season just started for Jonah! We were a little nervous because last year he cried every time we took him to his games. He sat by us and would not play. This year, he's been so excited! He is so good and really likes to play. It's fun to watch him. He chose #9 for his t-shirt because he says that's Austin Collie's number for BYU. We're training him young. He's a great baseball player!

Aunt Oderia

Mark's Great Aunt Oderia passed away last week. She came to live with Mark's parents last year because she was really sick and didn't have anyone to help take care of her. Mark's parents were so nice to her and really tried to make the last year of her life good. They were always taking her out to dinner and movies. They would take her for little drives just to get away for a while, and they tried so hard to help her not be lonely. Jonah really liked her. Jonah and I visited her the day before she died, and I'm so thankful that we did that. It's been a special experience for me because I've been able to see Jonah understanding what happens when we die, and we have had a lot of talks about how thankful we are that our family gets to be together forever. Jonah and his cousins sang "I am a Child of God" at the funeral and did such a good job. It was such a windy day at the cemetery, but I think we still got a couple of good pictures. We'll miss Aunt Oderia a lot, but we're so glad that she isn't in pain anymore.

BYU Fever!

We are huge BYU fans and can't wait for the season to start--- we know it's still 4 months away, but we had a blast going to the Spring Blue and White Scrimmage game in Provo today. My good friend Brooke just got married last January to Austin Collie, who plays for the Cougs. Brooke and I used to coach the cheerleaders together at Bingham High School. It's been fun getting to know Austin since we're such huge fans. It was a way nice day for a football game. Can't wait for the season to start!
